Cold brew is what happens when coffee is left alone with its thoughts overnight. It emerges smooth, sweet, and roughly twice as strong as anybody admits.
It requires no kettle, only foresight, which is why it is the one coffee you cannot be asked for on short notice. Plan ahead or make an americano.
